You’ve done the overthinking. Now it’s time for understanding.
ADHD & Autism assessments to help you make sense of yourself—and what comes next.
ADHD EVALUATIONS IN MIAMI & ACROSS FL
It never feels like it’s just one thing—and it looks different for everyone.
More often than not, you catch yourself saying yes too quickly, overcommitting, and feeling burnt out. Some days you're laser-focused, and others it’s like pulling teeth just to get started. You might adapt so much to the people around you that it’s hard to know what you actually want. Because of this, you might be noticing nearly constant anxiety, emotions that don’t always make sense, or a kind of disorganization that feels chaotic and hard to explain—and leading you to sometimes wonder if you’re just plain lazy. (Spoiler alert: You’re not!).
Maybe you’re here because…
You struggle with time—either underestimating how long things take or losing track of it entirely
You forget what you were about to do or lose your train of thought mid-task
You’re always trying to catch up, like you’re one step behind everyone else
You feel like you have to work twice as hard just to keep up with what others seem to handle easily
You’ve always had this sense that you don’t quite fit in, like you’re missing some rulebook everyone else got
Your emotions sometimes feel way too big, way too fast
You procrastinate until the last possible second, even when you want to get started
You feel rejection hard—even if it’s subtle or imagined
You’re not broken. You’re not lazy. Your brain just works differently—and understanding “why” can change everything.
More and more people are talking about ADHD and Autism these days. This is great in some ways, but it can also be confusing. These terms have become buzzwords online, and while that’s raised awareness, it’s also led to a lot of myths, surface-level definitions, and oversimplifications. The reality is, neurodivergence looks different for everyone. It’s not always about bouncing off the walls or missing social cues. Sometimes, it’s subtle. Sometimes, it’s internal. And sometimes, it gets missed for years.
That’s why a comprehensive, thoughtful assessment can be so powerful. It’s not about chasing a label—it’s about finally understanding your own brain, your own story, and what might actually be going on beneath the surface. Feeling overwhelmed by “simple” tasks isn’t a failure—it’s a clue. When you have that kind of clarity, it opens the door to more compassion, more confidence, and the kind of support you actually need.
What are ADHD & Autism?
ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) and Autism are both neurodevelopmental conditions—which basically means they affect how your brain is wired and how you experience the world. While they show up differently in everyone, they share some overlapping traits, especially when it comes to things like executive functioning, regulating emotions, sensory sensitivities, and social dynamics.
ADHD is often associated with things like distractibility, impulsivity, restlessness, time blindness, and difficulty with focus or follow-through. But it’s more than just being “easily distracted” or “bad at planning”—ADHD can affect how you manage tasks, process emotions, and move through the day. Many adults with ADHD don’t look stereotypically “hyperactive”—instead, they may feel chronically overwhelmed, disorganized, and constantly behind, even when they’re trying their best.
Autism can involve differences in how someone communicates, connects socially, processes sensory input, or navigates specific types of routines and changes. For adults—especially those who’ve learned to mask or blend in—Autism might show up as a deep need for structure, strong special interests, sensitivity to noise or touch, or challenges with reading social cues. This doesn’t mean there’s a lack of empathy or a “rigidness”—it means that Autistic people experience the world in a more intense, detailed, or patterned way.
How assessments work
This process is about helping you finally understand what’s going on beneath the surface—and then what to do with that insight. My goal is to give you real clarity, not just a label.
Here’s how it works:
-
90 minutes | $350 | No formal diagnosis provided
This is a streamlined, one-session screening designed to explore whether ADHD and/or Autism might be showing up in your life.
We’ll focus specifically on your traits, history, and challenges related to ADHD and Autism.
I’ll compare your responses to the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria to identify potential patterns.
You’ll receive immediate feedback about what I noticed and if a full diagnostic assessment might be a helpful next step.
You can gain clarity and insight—even if you're not looking for a formal diagnosis just yet.
Please note: This screening does not qualify for insurance reimbursement.
-
3-hour interview + 30-minute follow-up | $1150 | Formal diagnosis provided
This is a comprehensive diagnostic process using the Cherry Adult ADHD-Autism Diagnostic Interview (Cherry AADI)—a clinical tool specifically developed for assessing neurodivergence in adults.
What makes this process different:
Designed for Adults: Unlike assessments built for children and retrofitted for adults, the Cherry AADI centers around the adult experience, including masking, compensatory strategies, and your life context.
Culturally Responsive: Your cultural background, gender, and identity are thoughtfully considered throughout.
Strengths-Based Lens: We look at how your brain works, not just what’s “wrong.”
Thorough & Compassionate: We’ll explore everything from sensory processing and emotional regulation to executive functioning and social energy, weaving together a full picture of how you move through the world.
What’s included:
A detailed clinical interview (can be split into two sessions if helpful)
A comprehensive diagnostic report with findings and recommendations
A 30-minute follow-up session to review the results, answer questions, and talk about what comes next
A superbill for insurance reimbursement, if needed
Reports are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks after your assessment interview.
An accurate diagnosis doesn’t define you—but it can be the first step toward a more fulfilling life.

Common questions about ADHD & Autism Assessments
-
That’s exactly why the assessment is so helpful! We’ll explore all your symptoms and challenges in detail, so you’ll have a clear picture of what’s going on and whether either (or both) might be in play.
-
That’s okay! The assessment is not just about diagnosis—it’s about understanding your challenges, learning more about what’s going on, and getting the support you need moving forward.
-
The assessment is approximately 3 hours, but if you prefer to split it into two sessions, we can do that too. The follow-up session usually takes about 30 minutes.
-
You’ll receive a detailed diagnostic report, and we’ll meet for a follow-up session to go over everything. From there, we can discuss next steps and recommendations based on the findings.
-
Yes! In fact, the overlap is pretty common. Both can be easily missed or misunderstood by many adults who’ve spent years learning how to compensate or “work harder.”
