Anxiety Therapy in Orlando & Across Florida
Sure, you can โdo it allโโฆ. but do you need to?
It feels like youโre fighting just to make it through each day. (No wonder youโre exhausted!)
Itโs anxiety again, getting in the way and taking control of your life.
You might find yourself agreeing with everything, not because you want to, but because you just donโt want to let anybody down or hurt someoneโs feelings. You just wish you had the confidence to say exactly what youโre feeling or what you need help with. But instead, you continue to bury it down deep inside and deal with things on your ownโlike you always have.
Things like overanalyzing a text message or email are all too common as you read into some sort of hidden meaning in each word. It's exhausting, really, this endless dance of avoiding conflict. But itโs better than the alternative, disappointing or upsetting them, right? At leastโฆ that's what you keep telling yourself as you put on a smile and pretend everything's okay.
Your anxiety is lying to you.
But the truth is youโre drowning, and wondering if thereโs something wrong with you. When we bury our feelings and strugglesโespecially as womenโit only gets worse. Why wait?
MY APPROACH โ
Anxiety is something everybody has, youโve heard it before. While itโs totally normal to feel anxious from time to time, it can quickly feel so intense that it disrupts your entire life. Youโre here because thatโs happening to you and Iโm here to help you change it.
Iโm a big believer in helping the women I work with understand that anxiety isnโt always a bad thing.
Itโs a sign from your body that something isnโt quite right and the sooner we understand what that โsomethingโ or โthingsโ is, the sooner you can thrive, heal, and step into your authentic self. To better understand your anxiety, weโll look at your underlying beliefs, childhood, relationships, and whatโs going on in your life right now.
During this process, weโll explore the root of your anxiety, help you learn different coping strategies, and teach you how to regulate your nervous system. I believe in approaching things from a modern and holistic point of view and Iโm always open to exploring new ways for you to grow. This is a collaborative space so I welcome an open conversation and direction that works best for you and Iโll be there with my expertise to help you discover hope, healing, and happiness.
Iโll also help you realize and accept that youโre not a burden, even though you constantly feel like one. Itโs okay to ask for help and Iโm here to remind you that you have permission to take care of yourself before you take care of anybody or anything else. I know that so often you put yourself at the bottom of the list, but now is the time to put yourself as the top priority.
